Rafa Tapia is a certified heli-ski guide and helicopter pilot who opened Lagunas de Teno to private expeditions. He is also one of Latin America’s most recognized Professional Big-Wave Surfer, an XXL Big Wave Award nominee, and the first Latin American inducted into the Nazaré Wall of Fame.
